A Personal Note From The Sharbono's

We’re Monte and Sandy Sharbono, the proud new owners of White Birch Resort. In November, 2004 we purchased White Birch and moved to Blackduck Lake from Greenville, South Carolina, our home for the past 19 years. We are originally from eastern Montana, so we jumped at this wonderful opportunity to move to Minnesota’s Northwoods. We felt it was time to come back closer to family and home. Life is too short when you are apart from those you love and miss for so long.

While in South Carolina, Monte was a brickmason contractor and I was an International Import Specialist for Michelin Tire Corp., until I decided to take time off from the business world to raise our two little boys. Aaron and Eli, age 6 and 4, fit right into the resort lifestyle since they are daddy’s little helpers following him everywhere around the resort.

The great family life of living and working on a resort is what we have chosen as our newest adventure in life. With all of the outdoor fun we are excited to share this adventure and invite you to come enjoy a fun filled vacation on a lake as your next well-earned vacation.
